When facing a serious illness that curative treatment is no longer an option your doctor and medical team will discuss options with you. We have created the table below to help you understand our hospice programs.

• Life limiting illness
• Life expectancy of < 6 months
• Not seeking curative treatment

• Life limiting illness
• Life expectancy of > 1 year
• Pain / Symptom management Needs
• May still be receiving treatment

• Requiring in-home nursing/rehabilitation followed by hospital stay
• Recovering from injury
• Require assistance with disease/pain management
